 Viewing one of our homes

Have you seen an interesting property? Level 5 Rental Agency will be happy to show you around. This can be done virtually or in person. With a live viewing, we exercise the following rules to safeguard your health and ours:

If you (or our real estate agent) have corona-related symptoms, sadly, the viewing cannot take place.
We show a maximum of two people around a property. The current residents or owners will be absent.
The viewing lasts only as long as necessary.
We follow the standard hygiene rules: for example, we don't shake hands and maintain a distance of 1.5 metres.
We disinfect door knobs and banisters prior to the viewing.
We ask you not to touch taps, light switches and other similar fixtures.
It's also good to know that for your safety and ours, our real estate agents wear a face mask. We would really appreciate it if you wore one too.
